Do you offer Pay-After-Proof?

Yes - for select managed growth engagements. We agree on clear success criteria (e.g., qualified calls, pipeline, or revenue signals) before starting. You cover platform costs (like ad spend, tools subscription etc) directly. Book a meeting and we’ll confirm whether Pay-After-Proof fits your case.

What’s the difference between Intelligence and Managed Growth?

Intelligence is one-time strategy work (research, competitor analysis, GTM planning) that gives you a clear direction. Managed Growth is ongoing execution (organic, paid, and outbound-based on the engagement) with reporting and iteration.

What’s included in each engagement?

Organic Brand Presence focuses on organic visibility and consistent messaging. Performance Growth adds paid acquisition plus tracking and optimisation. Multi-Channel Acquisition adds outbound (cold email engine) and additional channels based on your product’s channel mix.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

We typically work on monthly engagements. If a minimum term is needed for your channel mix (e.g., outbound + paid testing), we’ll confirm it upfront during the meeting along with scope and deliverables.

Do I pay ad spend separately?

Yes. You pay ad spend directly from your accounts (Meta, Google, etc.). We handle strategy, creatives, tracking, optimisation, and reporting. This keeps billing transparent and you stay in full control of spend.

How does pricing work if everything is “Custom”?

Pricing depends on scope, channel mix, timelines, and the assets required. After a short meeting, we share a clear scope with deliverables and the engagement fee. No hidden charges.

Can I switch engagements later?

Yes. Many teams start with an Intelligence report or GTM Plan, then move into Managed Growth. You can also move from Organic to Performance, or from Performance to Multi-Channel when you’re ready.

What is the Brand Foundation Upgrade?

It’s a strategic add-on to align positioning, identity, and key conversion pages before scaling acquisition. We recommend it when the brand or website isn’t conversion-ready yet. Scope is confirmed after review.
